LPM Miami’s January Menu Additions: N/A Cocktails with Lyres and a traditional Couronne Des Rois Cake

Globally renowned LPM Restaurant & Bar is delving into the New Year with a bespoke dry January menu ‘La Petite Pause’ featuring 4 collaborative cocktails with non-alcoholic brand Lyres with as well as the start of a series of seasonal pastries.

Available locally at LPM Miami, the La Petite Pause uses the premium Lyres non-alcoholic spirits in four unique cocktails include:

  • The Nogroni Sbagliato with Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso, Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Lyre’s Classico, and Earl Grey and Gentian Root
  • Watermelon Gazpacho with Lyre’s Dry London, LPM’s Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho mix
  • L’Orgeat with Lyre’s Amaretti, Lemon, Toasted Almonds and Whey
  • Rosé Champagne Colada with Lyre’s Spiced Cane, Lyre’s Classico, Rosé Wine, and Coconut and Pineapple Cordial

The new Lyre’s cocktails join LPM’s existing signature non-alcoholic cocktail, the Tomatino which includes fresh tomato juice with cracked pepper on top.

On top of this, LPM Miami will be celebrating Epiphany, also known as Three Kings Day, and the launch of their series of seasonal pastries, by creating a Couronne des Rois cake. Celebrated across France, with many restaurants and bakeries creating a Galette Des Rois (or Kings Cake) on 6th January, LPM will create a bespoke Couronne Des Rois, typically served across Provence and the South of France.

Launching on 6th January and being served in all nine restaurants, this festive take on a classic will feature lemon as the main ingredient, further cementing this humble fruit as a key symbol of LPM and the restaurant’s connection to the French Riviera. The brioche bread-based cake will be sprinkled with sugar, rather than the classic candied fruit, and will be available until 21st January.
