Miami’s renowned Cafe La Trova marked its 5th anniversary in style with a star-studded celebration featuring the LPM Miami Bar team, known for their impeccable craft and innovative cocktail creations. On the evening of Wednesday, January 24th, the iconic bar at Cafe La Trova played host to some of the top 50 best bars globally, including the likes of Herbs & Rye from Las Vegas and Limantur from Mexico.

LPM Head Bartender Barna Jeremias, supported by Jonathon Smith, took center stage behind the bar, showcasing their expertise with two exclusive cocktails designed especially for the occasion. The Riviera Rose, a tantalizing blend of London No 3 Gin, Rose Wine, Verjus, Lemon, and Orange Blossom, delighted guests with its refreshing and sophisticated flavor profile. Meanwhile, the Bon Tai cocktail, a masterful creation featuring Brugal 1888, Cointreau, Raspberry Water, Pistachio Orgeat, Almond, and Lime, showcased LPM Miami’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of mixology.

The festivities at Cafe La Trova were elevated further by the presence of distinguished bar teams from around the world, coming together to celebrate the milestone anniversary in true style. The evening was a delightful fusion of masterfully crafted libations, lively music, and an atmosphere brimming with celebratory spirit.
