Lindsay Lohan was spotted in Miami Beach this afternoon, she’s in town to shoot the cover of Plum Miami magazine’s July 2011 issue hitting newsstands June 15th TWO days before she turns herself in to authorities and begin serving her 120 day jail sentence. The “concept cover” was developed by Plum Network CEO, Jerry Powers, who will also be interviewing the starlet for the in-book exclusive. This is Lindsay’s first cover-shoot in the U.S. since she completed her latest rehabilitation treatments.
