Tickets are on sale now for LeAnn Rimes’ “You and Me and Christmas Tour 2019” at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek on Saturday, December 14, at 8 p.m.
Tickets priced at $40/$50/$60 per person can be purchased via Ticketmaster locations, online at Ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-653-8000. The Pavilion box office will also open at 1 p.m. on the day of the show for on-site ticket purchases and will-call pickup.
Country music singer-songwriter Kalie Shorr will open for the GRAMMY® Award-winning Rimes. From Portland, Maine, Shorr burst onto the Nashville music scene in 2016 with her debut single “Fight Like a Girl.” She released her Slingshot EP a year later to positive reviews and was named “New Artist You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone, “The New Nashville” by Teen Vogue and was listed as one of “2017’s Hottest Artists Under 25” by Taste of Country.
Last year, Shorr fulfilled a life-long dream when she made her Grand Ole Opry debut and has since gone on to play the Opry many times.
This will be Rimes’ seventh annual Christmas tour, which will visit 11 cities up and down the east coast. She will be performing holiday favorites, career hits and songs from her Hallmark TV movie It’s Christmas, Eve soundtrack.
Rimes, who has sold more than 37 million records worldwide, rose to stardom at the early age of 13 following the release of her version of the Bill Mack song “Blue.” Subsequently, she became the youngest country music star since Tanya Tucker in 1972 and immediately gained national attention for her similarity to Patsy Cline’s vocal style.
Among Rimes’ numerous hits are “How Do I Live,” “The Light in Your Eyes,” “I Need You,” “One Way Ticket (Because I Can),” and “Can’t Fight the Moonlight.”
Rimes has captured many awards during her career including two GRAMMYs, three Academy of Country Music Awards, a Country Music Association Award, 12 Billboard Music Awards and one American Music Award.
