In celebration of La Cofradia’s 5 year anniversary, the Coral Gables landmark Peruvian restaurant invites guests to experience traditional Peruvian cuisine all weekend long. Hosted by internationally acclaimed cebiche guru and Peruvian Chef Javier Wong, the weekend kicks off on Thursday, February 3rd with an intimate cocktail reception where guests will sample hors d’ouevres from the restaurant’s new menu along with complimentary cocktails courtesy of GREY GOOSE Vodka, Pisco O and Montes Alpha wine. Sponsored by LAN Airlines, the celebration will continue through the weekend as Chef Wong prepares his most celebrated dishes for La Cofradia patrons including the Lenguado/Flounder ceviche. In conjunction with Peru’s annual pisco celebration, guests will also indulge in La Cofradia’s delicious pisco drinks including the pisco chilcano and pisco maracuya.
