Saturday, Sept. 21 is International Day of Peace and on that day participating restaurants will join in a one-night-only Lift a Fork, Lend a Hand fundraiser to benefit World Kitchen Center for Hurricane Dorian relief and recovery. Kuro at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood will donate a portion of days’ sales to World Central Kitchen, Chef Jose Andres’ organization. Led by Creative Culinary Director Alex Becker, Kuro is the new-style Japanese concept at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood spotlighting worldly dishes using both locally sourced and imported ingredients.
