The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort will team up with New York’s legendary Catch a Rising Star comedy troupe to host a night of laughs with celebrated comedian Kevin Meaney at Kitchen 305 on October 16th at 8 p.m. The Emmy Award-winning comedian will entertain with his signature standup routine which has earned him spots on “HBO Special”, “The Tonight Show”, “Saturday Night Live”, “Conan O’Brien” and “Late Show with David Letterman” among other high-profile media outlets. Tickets to this one-night only event are available for $25 per person. In addition, guests can enjoy dinner and drink specials at Kitchen 305 throughout the evening.
Catch a Rising Star has been a tradition since 1972 when it opened its first club in New York City. The group’s impressive roster of alumni includes Robin Williams, Billy Crystal, Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Maher, Ray Romano, Chris Rock and other well-known comedians.
