For an intimate omakase experience, dive into Katsuya’s Kaiseki Menu, a multi-course dining offering that highlights traditional Japanese Cuisine with a Miami twist. Served family style for a minimum of two guests, start with the Crispy Rice assortment made with classic spicy tuna, or Baked Crab Handroll crafted with snow crab and kanikama. Later venture into the omakase-style chef selections featuring domestic moriawase sashimi and seasonal Japanese moriawase nigiri.
