Jorge Perez and The Related Group hosted a private party with UBS VIPs and ONE Ocean future residents to launch Perez’s latest luxury development ONE Ocean, a boutique building featuring 50 units, and designed by world-renowned architect Enrique Norten and international landscape architect Enzo Enea. Guests had the opportunity to listen to Jorge Perez speak about the inspiration behind ONE Ocean, and the architects and artists involved, including Enrique Norten, Enzo Enea, Glenn Pushelberg, Jose Bedia, Michele Oka Doner, Ana Tiscornia, and Eugenio and Lautaro Cuttica.
An elite guest list enjoyed the first preview to the high-design sales center with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, previewing the commissioned artworks and design elements to be featured in the ONE Ocean common areas.
Fortune International is leading the sales and has already received an incredible reception for ONE Ocean, with 46 out of the 50 units already under reservation, including four new buyers coming in during Art Basel week.
