Pride shines bright at MODS, and inclusivity and accessibility are in the Museum’s DNA! Enjoy a FREE fun-filled day with a rainbow of family STEM activities including storytime, learning about the science of light prisms and creating your own colorful slime and spin art – all via Zoom on Saturday, June 6, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Pride Day at MODS is in alignment with nationally celebrated LGBTQ+ Pride Month. The Museum welcomes individuals from all walks of life to experience, connect and discover inspiring science. They support all family structures, creating a culture of hospitality where diversity is celebrated. “Inclusion and accessibility are at the core of who we are and what we aspire to be for this community,” said Joseph P. Make your very own gooey and fun slime at home!
2 p.m. – Rainbow Science
Learn about the science of rainbows with light prisms.
