Mexico-City-based JO-HS Gallery, founded by Elisabeth Johs, is opening Monday, May 15th in Tribeca (121 Watts St, 5-8pm) with a solo exhibition by painter Melissa Rios, followed by a private tasting with Tequila Komos at Casa Cipriani.
Award-winning artist + designer Arielle Assouline-Lichten, founder of Slash Objects, is opening a solo show and exhibition titled “Unbroken” in Soho (16 Crosby Street) with a new collection of collectible furniture, lighting, and objects. The opening party will be held with Soho Design District on Saturday, May 20th from 6-10pm.
