VITAL Sports & Entertainment, a New York City based sports and entertainment marketing company, has announced the debut of SweatUSA – the nation’s first All-Star Fitness Festival – taking place October 11-13 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida, with registration now open at www.SweatUSA.com.
The inaugural SweatUSA Fitness Festival, considered to be the first event of it’s kind in the country, will feature Jillian Michaels as well as famed fitness experts Tony Horton (P90X) and Shaun T. (Insanity), among an abundance of other esteemed names from the world of fitness, health and wellness, to bring South Florida’s active lifestyle enthusiasts three days of physiological industry excellence under one roof, within over 100,000 square foot of exhibition space.
The three-day event format for SweatUSA will take a two-fold approach and comprise of a cutting-edge daily fitness, health and wellness Expo, encompassing more than 100 exhibitors and organizations showcasing today’s most advanced and progressive health and fitness brands and wellness solutions, ranging from nutritional plans, dietary supplements and training equipment through to home-based exercise resources, gym programs and the latest beauty products. Starting on Saturday, October 12th, SweatUSA will begin its program of morning and afternoon workout sessions, featuring a series of classes conducted by SweatUSA’s headlining celebrity fitness trainers. The wide variety of classes will include experiences ranging from Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Flywheel Cycling, MMA, Crossfit, Piloxing and Surfset – the unique surfboard workout routine that was first seen on the television series Shark Tank.
SweatUSA has chosen Miami Beach to stamp its initial brand footprint as part of a five-year plan to establish the city as the fitness capital of the world. October marks the inaugural event in Miami Beach as a founding city established by VITAL Sports & Entertainment, alongside Atlantic City, that hosted the very first SweatUSA event at Caesars in September 2012.

Attendees who pre-register will have the opportunity to join Jillian Michaels, as she makes a rare South Florida appearance to share the secrets and behind ultimate weight loss and total body transformation, through her newest fitness regimen Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED, now available in gyms nationwide. Participants will experience Jillian’s signature 3-2-1 interval workout method consisting of three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio and one minute of core work.

Those willing to get creative with their workout over the three days will like the latest Hollywood celebrity fitness craze sweeping the nation. PILOXING creator, Viveca Jensen, will be on-site while she uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat torching and muscle-sculpting workout, guaranteed to whip everyone into shape. Attendees will learn from the inventor and experience body transforming techniques to help lose weight and attain a sleek, sexy and powerful self-image. Renowned Zumba® instructors Heidy Torres will delight Miami’s Latino audience as she leads the festivities inside The Miami Beach Convention center with a series of high-octane classes.
