Take a journey through the regional culinary traditions presenting Chef Riccardo Tognozzi from Blu Restaurant and Chef Julian Baker from Cardozo Bar & Grill, in a Lazio vs Trentino Alto Adige cullinary battle. After the show, enjoy traditional Italian food and wine tasting until 9:30 PM. Cost for Cooking Class & Festival is $45general admission and $30 IACC Members.
