III FORKS PLANS THREE-COURSE MOTHER’S DAY FEAST

Photo, III Forks, Ribeye Vertical (beautiful)III Forks Prime Steakhouse is planning a three course Mother’s Day feast on Sunday, May 11 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.  First course choices include the III Forks salad (crisp green apple slices, local blue cheese, toasted pecans and field greens with a house-made maple walnut vinaigrette) or a steakhouse wedge salad (baby iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon and local blue cheese).

 

Entrée choices include a pan seared red snapper on almond basil couscous with a roasted pineapple salsa; coffee and coriander rubbed tenderloin with smoked tomato demi-glace, truffled mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus; or a fire roasted red pepper chicken with herb roasted potatoes and roasted mushrooms.

Desserts options include Texas pecan cake with crushed pecans and shredded coconut in a moist white cake layered with whipped cream frosting and candied pecans, or a chocolate mousse with miniature chocolate chips folded into chocolate mousse and topped with fresh whipped cream.

 

Alternative menu items are available a la carte, including a variety of steaks, including bone in or boneless ribeye, seabass, coldwater rock lobster tail and a variety of side dishes.

 

Adults are $46.95.  Children under 12 can have soup or salad, entrée and dessert for $16.95.  Coffee and tea are included.  The price excludes tax and gratuity.
