Iconic rock band Journey returns to Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for two shows Friday, June 28, 2013 and Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Saturday, April 20 at 10 a.m.

Journey is one of the most popular American groups of all time creating some of the best-known songs in modern music including classic rock staples such as “Wheel in the Sky,” “Any Way You Want It,” “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Separate Ways” and its signature ballad “Open Arms.”

Since the group’s formation in 1973, Journey has earned 19 Top 40 singles and 25 gold and platinum albums. Their Greatest Hits album is certified 15 times platinum awarding the band the elite Diamond-certification. Journey is re-energized with the line-up of Neal Schon (guitars, backing vocals), Jonathan Cain (keyboards, backing vocals), Ross Valory (bass, backing vocals), Deen Castronovo (drums, percussion, backing vocals) and Arnel Pineda (lead vocals).
Journey’s 2011 “Eclipse World Tour” was one of the band’s most successful tours ever, drawing nearly a million fans and ranked in the Top 15 Tours of the year. Journey was awarded the prestigious “Legend of Live Award” at the 2011 Billboard Touring Awards in honor of the band’s significant and lasting contributions to live music and the touring business, and in acknowledgement of their commitment to the fans and the art of performing live.

That year also marked the 30th anniversary of Journey’s classic anthem “Don’t Stop Believin’.” The song is the #1 digital catalog song in history, with sales of more than 5.4 million in the U.S., and was memorably used in the electrifying series finale of HBO’s The Sopranos in 2007. But, the song reached another level of stratospheric success in 2009 when it was covered by the cast of FOX’s wildly successful series Glee and became the best-selling song from the show. Three decades after its original release, “Don’t Stop Believin’” has reached a fresh class of young fans to become a huge anthem for a whole new generation.

In 2013, the band is firing on all cylinders and making sure their fans will never stop believin’.
