Each 30-minute episode begins with a comedic take on a food theme, and then takes viewers into Hungry Girl’s colorful world to cover the day’s topic with recipes and helpful tips for navigating the supermarket aisles and surviving tricky eating situations.  The premiere episode, “You Wanna Pizza Me?” is dedicated to the Italian favorite – pizza.  In addition to recipes for Crispy White Pizza, Breakfast Pizza Mexicali, and Pizza-fied Chicken, the show also demonstrates how to work with uncommon crusts like high fiber tortillas and even eggplant.  Hungry Girl then heads to the grocery store and shares her ingredients for creating guilt-free pizza, and also stops by her favorite pizzeria to give tips on guilt-free ordering.
