WHAT:
The Miami HEAT will join the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to celebrate National School Lunch Week at Caribbean K-8 Center. HEAT Legend, Alonzo Mourning, will be in attendance to discuss the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and choosing school lunch. As part of the event, the Miami HEAT will donate various food service items to Caribbean K-8 Center including aprons, coolers, canopy tents, measuring cups and much more.
Additionally, the HEAT will provide each student with a National School Lunch Week T-Shirt and a Burnie autographed card.
