Dive into iconic texts featured in our new show Silhouettes: Image and Word in the Harlem Renaissance through a three-part, exhibition-inspired book club. Hosted at The Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum and facilitated by FIU English professor Shawn Christian, our second meeting focuses on Claude McKay’s Banjo, a unique novel that addresses the Black experience in the early 20th century.
