Hakkasan Offers Festive Prix Fixe to Celebrate One-Year Anniversary For Limited Time Only


Beginning on Sunday, April 18th, Hakkasan, Fontainebleau’s award-winning Chinese restaurant, will celebrate its one-year anniversary by offering two festive menus comprised of their Cantonese crowd-pleasers. 

Designed for parties of two or more, the prix-fixe menus appeal to both non-vegetarians and vegetarians alike.   Non-vegetarian specialties include a Dim Sum platter, Stir-fry Soft Shell Crab with Almond Flakes in Rice Wine Sauce, Black Pepper Rib-Eye Beef, Stir-Fry Tiger Prawn with Curry Crispy Egg, Lemon Chicken and your choice of Baby Pak Choi, Spring Onion Egg Fried Rice or Wild Mushrooms Hand Pulled Noodle. 

Highlights of the seasonally-inspired vegetarian menu include Vegetarian Dim Sum, Chinese Bailing Mushroom Salad, Twice Cooked Vegetarian Pork, Bean Curd & Vegetarian Abalone Wrap, Stir-Fry Lotus Root, Asparagus & Lily Bulb in Black Pepper and your choice of Baby Pak Choi, Vegetable Fried Rice or Wild Mushrooms Hand Pulled Noodle.
