Chicken Guy! officially opened in Miami today! Located inside Aventura Mall’s popular Treats Food Hall, the fast/casual restaurant opened its first South Florida location today. A collaboration between celebrity chef, Guy Fieri, and restaurateur, Robert Earl, Chicken Guy! delights diners with house-made, succulent chicken tenders paired with 22 signature sauces. The highly-anticipated opening in Miami follows the success of the restaurant’s first location at Disney Springs, which opened in Orlando at the Walt Disney World Resort in 2018.
“Winner, winner, Chicken Guy! dinner…we’re open for business at the Aventura Mall.” said Fieri, host of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
“We are thrilled to open our fourth Chicken Guy! location in Miami and have plans to open multiple locations in the South Florida market within the next year,” said Chicken Guy co-founder, Robert Earl. “Aventura Mall is the perfect place for us to expand the brand, bringing our quality product and service to the area. We can’t wait for people to try it!”
Chicken Guy! prides itself on its all-natural fresh chicken tenders, hand-pounded to maximize crunch and paired with a wide selection of delicious sauces. Brined in fresh lemon juice, pickle brine and buttermilk, and infused with fresh herbs, these tenders deliver on flavor and texture. The menu features the tenders—grilled or fried—in sandwiches, straight up on skewers, or in meal-sized salad bowls, your choice of signatures sauces to enjoy with the chicken. The real star of the show are the 22 different sauces. A couple of popular sauces include Donkey Sauce, Nashville Honey Hot, Avocado Crema, Peri Peri and Curry Mayonnaise; there is something for everyone.
Chicken Guy! is not only known for its chicken, but also for its tempting sides like Chicken Guy Fries with Guy’s special fry seasoning, crowd-pleasing Mac Daddy Mac ‘n Cheese, fried pickles and fresh slaw. Looking to satisfy your sweet tooth? Chicken Guy! has two delicious Flavortown Frozen Treats that will make anyone’s mouth water. Guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with the Triple Double Ice Cream Treat–triple chocolate and double mint, or the Cinnamon Apple, a heaping cup vanilla soft serve ice cream smothered in Cinnamon Toast Crunchâ & Apple Jacksâ cereal.
The restaurant’s design recently won Shop! Association’s Gold Fast Casual Restaurant + Graphics Award. Rough brick walls and corrugated tin ceilings provide an edgy, urban, industrial backdrop to colorful graphics. Simple illustration-style graphics throughout the restaurant can be described as “in-your-face and playful” – on brand with Fieri’s famous personality. Guy greets visitors at a selfie wall in the que area and the restaurant’s differentiators are expressed with colorful graphics. Ample seating in the food hall provides a casual and comfortable dining experience for Chicken Guy! guests.
