Groundbreaking of Luxury Condominiums, Portico at Perdido

BL Harbert International, in conjunction with Portico LLC, Birmingham-based developer Ron Durham, Better Homes and Garden Real Estate | Main Street Properties are scheduled to host a ceremonial groundbreaking for the Portico at Perdido on Friday, May 21 at 10:30 a.m. To honor this important milestone, a celebratory reception will be held immediately following. Once completed, Portico at Perdido will be home to 27 exclusive and expansive beachfront boutique condominium residences on 195 feet of low-density beachfront.
