Grand opening of Seminole Casino Coconut Creek Casino

TV star Ty Pennington will “move that bus” in a celebratory reveal like on his “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” show, and an official Seminole Tribe of Florida ribbon-cutting will take place. (Pennington currently co-hosts the new daytime show, “Revolution.”)

Seminole Tribe of Florida Chairman James E. Billie, Seminole Gaming CEO Jim Allen, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek President Steve Bonner and Pennington will also present a check to SOS Children’s Village for a new roof makeover.

 

In attendance too will be Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. Board of Directors President Tony Sanchez, Jr., Hollywood Representative Marcellus W. Osceola, Jr., Brighton Representative Andrew J. Bowers, Jr., Big Cypress Representative Manuel M. Tiger, state and city officials, Miss Florida Seminole Princess Jewel Buck, and Junior Miss Florida Seminole Princess Jaryaca Baker.

 

At 8 p.m. Foreigner will perform in The Pavilion, a new concert venue.

 

WHEN:            Thursday, February 2nd. Ceremonies begin at 11:30 a.m.

Media Check-In starting at 10:30 a.m. at the new garage valet entrance on the west side of the casino at U.S. 441 (SR 7) just north of Sample Road. Contact Dan Mackey for earlier check in if needed for property tour. TV remote trucks (only) can park on valet entrance road to the parking garage.
