The Traveling Omakase Concept Launches On April 18
Gold Standard, a renowned dining experience and Miami hotspot, is known for its immersive Japanese Omakase concept, sophisticated sake selection, and chic ambiance.
This season, Gold Standard has set up its new home at Whitman’s Wynwood, offering an exclusive dining experience with only 10 seats at the bar. Sushi chef Amir Reza Anvari meticulously prepares each 16-course Omakase meal featuring the freshest Japanese fish and A5 Wagyu beef, paired with cocktails, Japanese whiskey, sake, and beer.
The team behind Gold Standard, including co-creators Bill Spector, Gil Elbaz, and Anthony Romano, has curated a series of successful pop-up locations since its inception in 2019, attracting a mix of Miami and New York locals and celebrities. Gold Standard’s unique dining experience combines exquisite cuisine, a luxurious ambiance, and a touch of exclusivity, making it a must-visit destination for sushi aficionados and food enthusiasts alike.
