GIRL SCOUT COUNCIL OF TROPICAL FLORIDA HOSTED SUCCESSFUL 7th ANNUAL GIRLS' NIGHT OUT AT FISHER ISLAND

Girl Scouts Council of Tropical Florida recently hosted its 7th Annual Girls’ Night Out at Fisher Island.  The evening, benefiting the Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida, Inc., began with cocktails and a silent auction at the Vanderbilt Mansion, followed by private dinners sponsored by Gala Cohen, June Kimmel, Sharon King, Harriet Lassin and Barbara Zweig. The event also counted with the support of Flagler Development as a Bronze Sponsor.

Once again an amazing group of women in our community supported our Girls’ Night Out fundraiser,” said Irela Bagué, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida. “Women community leaders, friends of Girl Scouting and new supporters gathered to celebrate the girls in our community and help sustain the Girl Scout program,” said Bagué.

The 7th Annual Girls’ Night Out was organized by the Girl Scout Women’s Advisory Group Co-Chaired by Veranda Dickens, Sharon King and Marcia Dunn, all residents of Fisher Island.  Members of the Advisory Group included: Maria D. Tejera, Brenda Anthony, Irela Bagué, Debi Hoffman, Toni Randolph, Linda Paresky, Hazel Rosen, Leatrice Damus, Beverly Parker, Ana Soler, Regina Jollivette Frazier and Linda Potash.
