Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida Hosted its 3rd Girl Scout Alumnae Reception – Alumnae's Gathered to Celebrate Women of Courage, Confidence and Character

Girl Scouts Council of Tropical Florida recently hosted its 3rd Girl Scout Alumnae Reception at Mai Tardi in the Miami Design District.  The event gathered alumnae to celebrate women of courage, confidence and character. Girl Scout Alumnae also had the opportunity to become part of the Girl Scouts Alumnae Association, as well as participated in a series of drawings to win $100 gift certificate and other prizes.

Once again an amazing group of women in our community gathered to celebrate how Girl Scouting helped them become women of courage, confidence and character,” said Irela Bagué, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida. “The event is a great opportunity to reconnect with women that share the experience of Girl Scouting,” said Bagué.

The 3rd Girl Scout Alumnae Reception was organized by Chair of the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida Irela Bagué and Girl Scout Program Innovation Specialist Shana Perera. The organization is currently looking for former Girl Scouts to join their Alumnae.
