Coaches Paul Johnson and Kirk Ferentz will be in Attendance During News Conference

The Orange Bowl Committee will be holding a live news conference with head coach Paul Johnson of the Atlantic Coast Conference champion Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and head coach Kirk Ferentz of the Iowa Hawkeyes this Wednesday, December 9th, from 4 – 5 p.m. at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, FL.  Brad Buchanan, Executive Vice President of Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment will also be in attendance as will Orange Bowl Committee Chief Executive Officer Eric L. Poms.

The news conference will take place near the Seminole Hard Rock’s oasis-style pool area.  After entering through the hotel’s main entrance, proceed to the left where you will be directed by OBC staff to the news conference.  The format of the news conference will have both coaches make opening statements, followed by a question and answer session.

The news conference is only open to members of the press and will be followed later in the evening by the Orange Bowl Kick-Off Party presented by the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.  All ticket patrons of the Orange Bowl Festival are welcome to attend.  The evening, which will be emceed by 560 WQAM’s Jim Mandich, includes comments by both head coaches, OBC President & Chairman Phillis Oeters and others.
