Sorrisi, the fine dining Italian restaurant at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, will host a Gambino® Prosecco Tasting Dinner on Thursday, December 12.
The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by an elegant five-course dinner at 7 p.m. The specially curated dinner menu will be paired with tasting selections from Gambino® Prosecco.
The dinner courses and wine pairings will include a beef carpaccio paired with Gambino® Cuvée Brut, Italy NV; duo risotto paired with Gambino® Prosecco Extra Dry DOC, Veneto, Italy, Veneto IT, NV; and halibut paired with Gambino® Prosecco Gold, Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG, Italy NV.
The dessert course will feature rosé panna cotta, which will be paired with Juliann Gold – Gambino® Jules Rosé Sparkling, Italy NV.
