Gables Family Literacy Festival
Embark on a literacy journey at the third annual Gables Family Literacy Festival this Saturday, May 20, from 11 am to 3 pm under the Youth Center tree canopy. This free neighborhood celebration and Scholastic Book Fair promotes summer reading and the literary arts. The festival provides a unique experience for all ages and abilities. There will be a street fair with literacy exhibitors and vendors, free literacy screenings and evaluations, children’s activities, book donation and exchange areas, food vendors, and much more.
