Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is claiming National Pork Chop Day as its own on Thursday, Aug. 27, with a four-course dine-in menu for $44 built entirely around the dish it has spent more than 40 years perfecting.
Available from 4 p.m. to close (dine-in only, upon request), the menu carries pork through nearly every course — Pork Chop “Bites” and White Bean Pork Chili to start, the lunch-cut Perry’s Famous Pork Chop as the centerpiece and Pork Mac & Cheese alongside it. Each course offers four choices, so guests build the meal they want.
Rather than marking the holiday with a one-day discount, Perry’s built a full celebration around its signature dish: the pecan-wood-roasted chop that has anchored the menu since the brand’s earliest days in Houston.
Guests who’d rather celebrate at home can order the $99 Pork Chop Day Bundle from Aug. 17–31, which includes two lunch-cut Pork Chops, a package of Pork Chop “Bites” and Perry’s Homemade Texas Sausage.
