FOUR-COURSE THANKSGIVING FEAST OFFERED AT III FORKS PRIME STEAKHOUSE

III Forks Prime Steakhouse (iiiforks.com) is offering a special four course Thanksgiving Feast to celebrate the holiday.

The first course is a Tenderloin Tomato Soup, fresh roasted vine-ripe plum tomatoes and sweet basil simmered with tenderloin beef stock.  The Second course features their signature III Forks Salad.

Entrée courses include Spice Rubbed Holiday Turkey with Grandma’s giblet gravy, fresh cranberry-orange relish, sausage sage cornbread dressing, creamed potatoes, maple-glazed yams and sautéed snap peas or Roasted Midwest Beef Tenderloin in a roast shallot thyme veal glace with duchess potatoes, off the cob creamed corn and sautéed snap peas or Vermont Maple Glazed Atlantic Salmon with coconut infused jasmine rice and roasted autumn vegetables.

 

Dessert choices include Pumpkin Pie Torte with whipped cream and caramel, Kentucky Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie, or Chocolate and Peanut Butter Torte with whipped cream and chocolate topping.

Adults are $44.95.  Children under 12 are $15.95 (includes soup or salad, entrée and dessert).  Tea and coffee are included.  This price excludes tax and gratuity.  Reservations are encouraged.  The restaurant will be open from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

In addition, for holiday parties planned by December 1st (with a value of over $1,000) III Forks is offering a $100 III Forks gift certificate to the individual planning the party. For parties over 20, each guest in the party will receive a $25 III Forks gift card.
