Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s intoxicating take on one of the great ensemble comedies ever written, is scheduled for four performances at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami from January 26 through February 3, 2019, and two performances at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Ft. Lauderdale on February 7 and 9, 2019.
“The production boasts a cadre of impressive voices, including American baritone Jonathan Michie [former FGO Studio Artist] and Russian soprano Lyubov Petrova, both of whom sang with Florida Grand Opera in previous seasons, and whom our audiences love,”says General Director and CEO, Susan T. Danis. “We’re also excited to welcome back two additional former Studio Artists, bass-baritone Calvin Griffin and soprano Elena Galván, both having graduated from the FGO Studio in recent years and started their careers in the industry.”
