Join Edge, Steak & Bar Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and his culinary team for an “Festivus Mixology & Entertaining Eats” cooking and cocktail class on December 21st from 4-6 pm. Enjoy interactive cocktail demonstrations while our Chefs walk you through how to prepare an array of “guaranteed to knock your socks off” hors d’oeurves. The class will be held in a pop-up location within the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, and stay secret until the day of. Creating an intimate hands-on setting for Chef Brooks, the class has a maximum of 12 participants.
The cooking class is $75 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Cost includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited wine and beer, a take-home gift bag, and, of course, plenty of food.
