Family Day at the Opera – Adrienne Arsht Center
Bring the entire family to the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and get an up close, behind-the-scenes look at the glamorous and mysterious world of opera. Children and parents alike will be able to join in the activities, which will include tours of the Sanford and Dolores Ziff Ballet Opera House as well as costume, prop, and make-up demonstrations by Florida Grand Opera professionals. Music will be all around us with concerts by FGO’s Young Artist Studio, featuring music from the upcoming productions of Don Giovanni and Cyrano as popular arias. This event is FREE and open to the public.
