ESSENSIA RESTAURANT & LOUNGE PARTICIPATES IN MIAMI SPICE 2010

Essensia Restaurant & Lounge, The Palms Hotel & Spa’s signature
restaurant, is participating in this year’s Miami Spice Month, the
highly-anticipated annual restaurant promotion that showcases the very
best of South Florida.  The promotion, which is organized by the Greater
Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), begins August 1st through
September 30th
, and offers $22 lunch and $35 dinner specials consisting of three-course, prix fixe menus.

Essensia’s Executive Chef Frank Jeannetti and his team at Essensia
created menus that reflect the restaurant’s natural gourmet concept,
emphasizing flavor and simplicity by blending local, seasonal, and
organic ingredients.  Menu highlights include Mandarin Smoked Duck Salad
served with Napa cabbage, organic baby spinach, crisp rice noodles,
mandarin orange segments, Mirin soaked dried apricots & mandarin-hoisin
vinaigrette; Pan-Roasted Local Yellowtail Snapper served with steamed
baby bok choy, black Thai sticky rice & red Thai curry sauce; and
Rosemary Roasted Free Range Chicken served with gigante fava bean
cassoulet, garlic wilted organic spinach & watermelon jalapeno salsa. To
