Epicure Gourmet Market & Café Launches Epicure with LOVE

Epicure Gourmet Market, Café, & Event Planning has teamed up with Miami-based Chef Michael Love to create a Black Label line of products, “Epicure with LOVE.The gourmet line will launch in November, with fresh gourmet soups (available by the quart), specialty entrées, and several desserts.

“Keeping our loyal customers happy with the very best quality and consistency is what Epicure’s reputation was founded on, however, we also need to respond to the growing number of customers who either want something new or would like us to take a traditional comfort food and create an upscale version of it for them to take home,” said Epicure owner, Jason Starkman.  “We brought Chef Michael on board as our new Specialty Chef to not only compliment our team of talented chefs but also to help us do something that no market has ever done:  5-Star dining in a jar!”

The “Epicure with LOVE” line is to include three soups for the vegetarian crowd: 8 Vegetables Puree Soup, Vegetarian French Onion Soup and a fresh Wild Mushroom Bisque.  Other soups include Clam & Scallop Chowder, Seafood Bisque with lobster and jumbo lump crab, a velvety Shrimp Bisque, as well as a 3-meat 3-pepper Big Bold Chili, which is usually featured on Wednesdays at the South Beach store and on Thursdays in Sunny Isles.

Also being launched under the new black EWL label will be Rosemary Cornbread, Bacon Onion & Truffle Four-Cheese Mac ‘n Cheese, The Ultimate Dark Chocolate Brownie, Pear Apple & Blueberry Crisp, Fresh Berry Cobbler and a giant sinful Chocolate Chip Coconut Macaroon Cookie.
