This year, for Thanksgiving, Chef Rosado has created a delicious menu featuring all your favorite items with his signature twist on them. With the magic of simplicity, letting the quality of ingredients shine through each passionately prepared and presented dish, options like Wood Fire Sweet Potato Crema, Wood Fire Turkey, and Pumpkin Tarte take center stage. The AHU l MAR Thanksgiving menu will be available Thanksgiving Day from 4-10 PM, with the regular a la carte menu also available.
