Latinos in Sports™ (LiS), the pivotal platform connecting leagues, teams, and brands with the influential Latino demographic, will host its next marquee event on May 2, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Level 6 Rooftop in Coconut Grove. This exclusive gathering aims to unite leading figures who are shaping the future of the global sports industry while celebrating the contributions of the Latino community.
The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the Latinos in Sports Pionero Award to renowned artist and producer Emilio Estefan. Known for his impressive career as a Grammy-winning, multi-platinum artist, Estefan has also made history as one of the first Cuban-Americans to own a stake in an NFL team, becoming a minority owner of the Miami Dolphins. In addition to his achievements in music, Estefan created the official anthem for several international sporting events, including the anthem “Nuestros Colores,” which will debut at the upcoming 2024 Leagues Cup.
