Come learn how to plant your own garden and see what’s cooking at Fairchild during our celebration of fresh, organic produce and the gorgeous gardens they grow in at the Edible Garden Festival and Scarecrow Contest. Gather new tips for home gardening at our lectures and collect recipes from our popular culinary demonstrations taught by local chefs using local products. During the Festival, Fairchild will host its first ever scarecrow contest this year too! Go green at our farmers’ market where local growers showcase the best fruits, vegetables and herbs available in South Florida. Invite your whole family to come out and learn the delight of gardening your own home-grown produce and how to cook food that is fresh and in season!     
 
ADMISSION: $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, $10 for Children 6-17 and free to children 5 and under and Fairchild members.
 
GATES OPEN: 9:30 a.m. and close at 4:30 p.m.
