Sales of the Tru Earth Cocktail will aid in planting a tree for every bottle sold.
To commemorate Earth Day, Executive Chef John Critchley will also be hosting an “Art of Sustainability” event on Friday, April 23 from 5 – 7 pm. Critchley will share tips on sustainable eating habits, including where to buy sustainable and organic fish and produce.
