NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will host a Duckhorn® wine pairing dinner on Thursday, March 16.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception in Legends Lounge, followed by an innovative five-course meal at 6 p.m. featuring a selection of Duckhorn® wines.
The dinner courses and wine pairings will include – Pan Seared Black Cod (paired with Duckhorn® Chardonnay, Napa, Calif., 2014); Long Island Duck (paired with Migration® Pinot Noir, Russian River, Calif., 2014); Colorado Lamb (paired with Canvasback® Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain, Wash., 2014) and Thyme Basted Beef Medallions (paired with Duckhorn® Merlot “Three Palms Vineyard,” Napa, Calif., 2013).
The dessert offered will be Artisanal Cheeses and will be paired with Paraduxx® Winery, Napa, Calif., 2013.
