Ducati has lifted the veil on its exclusive Panigale V4 Tricolore, a special edition motorcycle limited to just 1,000 units, celebrated for its unique livery and advanced track performance features. The unveiling took place during an exclusive event at Art Basel, marking a vibrant intersection of art and engineering.
Designed by Aldo Drudi in collaboration with Ducati’s Centro Stile, the asymmetrical Tricolore livery pays homage to the iconic 1984 750 F1 model while embodying the essence of “Made in Italy.” The striking blend of the Italian flag’s colors intertwined with checkered patterns symbolizes the brand’s racing heritage.
“This collector’s bike brings together innovation, tradition, and passion,” said Andrea Ferraresi, Ducati’s Director of Strategy & Style Center. “It celebrates our engineering artistry and the indomitable Italian spirit.”
The Panigale V4 Tricolore isn’t just a feast for the eyes. It boasts cutting-edge components such as lightweight carbon fiber rims, a dry clutch, and the revolutionary Front Brake Pro system featuring 338.5 mm Brembo T-Drive discs—marks it as the first production bike equipped with this technology. Enhancements like adjustable footpegs and a GPS module further position the Tricolore as a premier choice for racing enthusiasts.
Ducati North America CEO Jason Chinnock highlighted the significance of the Miami event, noting the brand’s ability to bridge sophisticated technology and aesthetic beauty. The evening was further enriched by a partnership with Eataly, emphasizing shared values of Italian excellence.
The Panigale V4 Tricolore will be available in U.S. dealerships starting April 2025, priced at $58,000, and arrives packaged with a certificate of authenticity and a uniquely designed motorcycle cover. Buyers will also have the opportunity to enhance their experience with matching limited-edition helmets and jackets.
As Ducati continues to dominate the motorsport scene, with multiple titles secured across various racing championships in 2024, the Tricolore stands as a testament to the brand’s legacy and commitment to pushing the boundaries of motorcycle performance.
