The Related Group’s MYBRICKELL is out of the ground and rewarding brokers for their role, making it the fastest reservation-to-contract conversion in a decade. The project is hosting a “First Out” celebration, as MYBRICKELL becomes the first new construction in Miami’s Brickell/Downtown area since the boom, and first to issue over $3.2 million in commissions to brokers at a private gathering with developer Jorge Perez and City of Miami officials.
The company has earned a loyal following of buyers and brokers by consistently delivering outstanding projects on time and awarding commission payments on schedule.
