DOLPHINS SPECIAL TEAMS BEAUTIFY HIGH SCHOOL AS PART OF HISPANIC HERITAGE FESTIVITIES

The Miami Dolphins Special Teams tackled a beautification project this morning at Barbara Goleman Senior High School.  Esteemed Texas rocker Alejandro Escovedo made a special appearance during the cheer and football clinic for youth from area feeder schools hosted by Dolphins alumni.

More than 200 students from the predominately Hispanic high school joined Special Teams volunteers in landscaping the grounds.  This event was part of a weeklong series of community activities hosted by the Miami Dolphins in celebration of Hispanic Heritage month, which lead up to the first home game of the season against the New York Jets on September 26, presented by Bud Light.

The Miami Dolphins Special Teams is a unique volunteer organization created to enlist and mobilize the ongoing services of the community with Miami Dolphins staff, players and alumni. For more information about Special Teams, please visit miamidolphins.com/specialteams or call 305-943-7900.
