Dinner with Amar’e Stoudemire l Wednesday, April 17th
Ostrow Brasserie is pleased to partner with former NBA All-star Amar’e Stoudemire for an exclusive wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, April 17th, at 7:30 PM. Priced at $175 per person, the four-course dinner, curated by Chef Olivia Ostrow, will feature exquisite dishes paired with Stoudemire Wines. Limited seats are available for this extraordinary dining experience, and reservations are required.
The menu will feature an Endive & Blue Cheese Tarte Tatin with Coffee Sauce, paired with “Clarity” Stoudemire Rose. The second course will delight guests with a Black Cod Cake, French Pea Puree, & Truffle Tarragon Aioli paired with “Journey” Stoudemire Sauvignon Blanc. Guests will savor a Lamb Shank with Morels & Amarena Cherries paired with “Origin” Red Stoudemire Cabernet for the main course. The culinary journey concludes with an Ile Flottante & Nougatine, paired with a Signature Ostrow x Stoudemire Cocktail Rose French 75.
