Chefs for Dinner in Paradise on January 23rd are: Michael Bloise, of Italian & Vietnamese heritage and the owner and chef of American Noodle Bar. American Noodle Bar is a hip new restaurant that offers American-Asian inspired noodle dishes with only the freshest ingredients. Douglas Rodriguez of D. Rodriguez Cuba, is known as the Godfather of Nuevo Latino Cuisine and brings his Latin flare to Paradise. Chef Rodriguez prepares the best Cuban food north of Cuba! From Eden Roc are Paula DeSilva, from Brazil who is at the helm of the farm to table 1500 and Thorsten Leighty, executive chef: together these two provide superb artistry, and remarkable imagination in every dish they present. This dinner is sure to be a multi cultural blending of flavors!

Reception at 5pm and dinner at 6pm. A portion of the proceeds go to the non-profit Urban Oasis Project for planting food gardens in underprivileged neighborhoods and homeless shelters in Miami.
