Dinner in Paradise International Flair!

Prepare yourself for an incredible evening of rustic decadence as Dinner in Paradise takes you into a lush and tropical setting.  Upon arrival, guests enjoy a welcome reception with delicious hors d’oeuvres and wine, before heading off on a farm tour, conducted by Gabriele that encompasses this beautiful five acre organic paradise and its fruit trees, edible flowers, mushrooms, and fragrant herbs.  As the sun sets on the evening, the magic truly gets underway.  An unforgettable evening notable for its unique ambience, fabulous foods prepared by award winning chefs, and world class wines paired with each course by Sommelier Shari Gherman, all served al fresco under the magnificent starry sky.

Chefs for Dinner in Paradise on January 23rd are: Michael Bloise, of Italian & Vietnamese heritage and the owner and chef of American Noodle Bar. American Noodle Bar is a hip new restaurant that offers American-Asian inspired noodle dishes with only the freshest ingredients. Douglas Rodriguez of D. Rodriguez Cuba, is known as the Godfather of Nuevo Latino Cuisine and brings his Latin flare to Paradise. Chef Rodriguez prepares the best Cuban food north of Cuba! From Eden Roc are Paula DeSilva, from Brazil who is at the helm of the farm to table 1500 and Thorsten Leighty, executive chef: together these two provide superb artistry, and remarkable imagination in every dish they present.  This dinner is sure to be a multi cultural blending of flavors!

Go to www.paradisefarms.net to make reservations.  Dinner features a five-course menu with fine wines, hor d’oeuvres and farm tour for 165.50 including tax and Google fee.  Reception at 5pm and dinner at 6pm.  A portion of the proceeds go to the non-profit Urban Oasis Project for planting food gardens in underprivileged neighborhoods and homeless shelters in Miami.
