The Party of a Lifetime is back as Destination Fashion 2012 returns to Bal Harbour Shops on Saturday, March 3rd, 2012. This event is the only time in Bal Harbour Shops’ history that they close their doors to host this truly one-of-a-kind, high-profile, private celebrity-styled affair. More than 2000 partygoers from the worlds of fashion, entertainment, sports and philanthropy will descend upon Bal Harbour Shops for Destination Fashion 2012 to benefit The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis.
Past Destination Fashion events have included American iconic designer Michael Kors personally showing his Collection with a spectacular fashion show under the stars on a custom-built runway. Multi-platinum recording artist SEAL, Grammy Award Winners Kool and the Gang, and Donna Summer rocked the house with stunning performances and The Pointer Sisters wowed the crowd with their disco beats. The popular event welcomes luminaries and notables from around the globe to mix and mingle with sports and entertainment stars who will present the evening honorees-the 2012 Women of Substance & Style.
