Grupo Arca is hosting an event and exhibition with David Grutman, Masa Gallery, and OMR Gallery with a special menu by Chef Gabriela Camara of Mexico City’s Contramar at their Esrawe Studio & Superflex designed Wynwood Showroom. One-of-a-kind works made with Arca marble will debut in an exhibition from artists including Brian Thoreen, Ewe Studio, Stefan Brüggemann, Gabriel Rico, Jorge Méndez Blake, Mario Garcia Torres, and Adeline de Monseignat. The event will be on November 30th at 7:30pm.
Bea Pernia is a Miami-based award-winning interior designer. She has collaborated with Arca to create a collection of marble furniture called Atus to debut at her Design Miami booth with glass lighting fixtures by Murano, Italy-based Venini. Bea is also the designer of Hiyakawa sushi restaurant in Miami and the recently opened Roc Lux Hotel in Tulum (in case a press trip is of interest).
Tuleste Factory is a Chelsea, NY-based collectible design and fine art gallery. They will have a booth titled “Material Block” at Design Miami featuring artists/designers including Timbur, Facture, and Jt. Pfeiffer. They are also hosting an event on December 2nd at Gitano at the Faena with artist Edward Granger celebrating this collaboration with Scotch & Soda where he will be painting a mural.
