Daniel Boulud has brought brasserie and tantilizing taste to Wynn. This June DB Brasserie will be introducing a series of Beer Pairing Dinners which will be co-hosted by Sur Lucero, Wine Manager for DB Brasserie, Executive Chef Wesley Holton and Michael Smith of Unibroue Brewery.
