May is National Salad Month and the experts on gourmet salads at Texas de Brazil celebrate by highlighting several salads in their bountiful 50-60 item salad bar.
This spring, Culinary Director Evandro Caregnato features a savory Shrimp Salad, a Mediterranean Tabbouleh, an Eggplant and Tomato Salad, a traditional Brazilian Salad with house-made Brazilian Vinaigrette, and a refreshing Grape Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese.
In addition to fresh salads, guests can enjoy the traditional cuts of beef, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage for which Texas de Brazil is famous, all carved tableside in true Brazilian Churrascaria fashion. Diners can complete their Brazilian Steakhouse experience with a decadent dessert, after dinner drink, steaming espresso or hand-rolled cigar.
