Creating a Lasting Legacy (CALL), provides support to visual artists in archiving and creating a comprehensive documentation of their careers.  We have worked for the last three years in-depth with four artists as they have gone through this process and now will expand this program beyond the initial pilot phase.  Recognizing that this is a major concern for many visual artists, we are creating a workbook and database system that we anticipate will be distributed nationally in the coming 12 to 18 months.

Mildred Howard, on of the original four CALL artists, will share her experiences, perspectives and advice.  In addition, Paul Sepuya, who’s been working for the Joan Mitchell Foundation during the pilot phase, will be there to add his perspective. and answer any questions.

Spread the love!
